Why do people with marginal credit assume they can’t get an equity loan? Most likely it’s due to the shear amount of information that’s spread around the net and on the news. There’s always a program out there regardless of your credit history – sure some of the interest rate might be higher, but it’s better than not being able to get a loan – right?
